We would like to show your business or institution how lighting retrofitting to new LED lighting can be a crucial benefit to your organization.

Cost is not reason to not do a lighting project as the return on investment can be as little as a 1 year. This depends on how long your lights operate and how inefficient they are currently. Our analysis will explain these details within our proposal.

Savings begins right away to pay off the initial investment.   The new lighting system will have 50 % or more reduction in power needed to run the lighting system over the existing system.  The savings in reduced electrical bills and reduced maintenance reduces the overhead to your organization and will improv lighting at the same time. This will enhance the space to be lighted for a better-looking and a brighter facility that increases safety and productivity for employees and customers.

Rebates Focus will estimate all rebate amounts available and fill out all paperwork properly as needed by the utility to obtain the full rebates estimated.  Focus will take the rebate in the form of partial payment when utilities allow.  This allows our customers not to worry about receiving the rebates too late or being concerned about getting the full amount estimated.  The rebate amount will be subtracted from the cost of the project resulting in a reduced payback and reduced cost of the project.

Financing is available through some utility rebate programs.  Focus will present financing as an option when the qualifications are met.  Many times, the payment for financing the new lighting will be equal to the savings on your electrical bill, so there is essentially no cost for the new lighting project. 

Lighting performance is a top goal. We do this by proposing the best alternative solutions to retrofit your existing lighting system to that will provide the best combination of savings, maintenance, and proper lighting levels. 

LED Lamps & Light Fixtures are chosen from reputable lighting manufacturers that we qualify from past results that and have proven to have good performance, reliability and that they always warranty and stand by their products.  LEDs have proven to be the most reliable and give better performance in light levels, color, uniformity and reliability while outperforming all other technologies available today.

Warranties are 5 to 10 years through the product manufacturer. Focus will promptly contact the lighting manufactures to obtain any replacements needed and make sure there is no need for our customers to make any other phone calls but the call to Focus when there is a warranty issue.   Focus will perform the labor and obtain any replacement parts needed for repairs or replacements in a timely manner during and after the warranty period.   Focus gives 1 year warranty on all labor.

Audits or Surveys of your facility and grounds will be performed by Focus and all criteria of what your existing lighting is comprised of.  An evaluation of the existing lighting performance will be put in our energy and maintenance savings and quoting program. 

Proposal will be presented after the lighting audit that represents the Cost, Electrical Savings, Maintenance Savings, Rebate Amount and Final Cost After Rebate along with payback analysis.   

Installation is something we are very experienced with, the best way to work around equipment and obstructions.  Our staff will always prepare work with the customer and people on site to make sure they will accommodate the customers wishes and respect their time and business to make the installation process as easy and efficient as possible.

Recycling and removal of fluorescent, HID lamps, ballasts, electronics, and old light fixtures are removed from the facility and sent to a licensed recycling company.  Documentation of recycling of the hazardous materials can be provided to show proper disposal if requested.

Storage if needed will be provided if there is no room in the facility for the new lighting fixtures and lamps.

Lifts and equipment needed for the project will be provided.

Labor that is skilled in the type of work to be performed will be provided.  Licensed electricians and experienced apprentices perform all installations and ensure the installation is done correctly and to electrical code.

Electrical work needed to add extra lighting or move or alter lighting design can be performed by our electricians as needed. New and remodel wiring of spaces and equipment can be performed also.

Controls as complex as having an internet portal or just having the lights turn on and off automatically can be proposed. We listen to our customers and can propose the best system based upon what makes best sense for saving energy and adding convenience. 



Permits are pulled on all projects and inspected.
